The Hotel is just a few minutes from the port of Arbatax, which is the starting point for mini cruises in the Gulf of Orosei. You will be able to admire the most renowned bays of the island: Cala Goloritzé, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine and Cala Luna.

If you are a hiking enthusiast, the Hotel is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking routes. You can try your hand at the famous “Selvaggio Blu” , a hike which is considered among the most difficult in Europe, in contact with beautiful uncontaminated nature, or try other routes on the Supramonte di Baunei.

In addition to being the longest touristic train line in Italy (159 Km), the Arbatax-Mandas line has been called the most beautiful in the world (Zeppegni-Frattesi). The train leaves from Arbatax in the morning on set days (which vary depending on the period); it is advisable to book at least one day in advance. The Hotel is at your disposal for providing all the necessary information.

The Ogliastra offers varied vestiges of the Nuragic era: the nearby “domus de janas” (house of the fairies) and giants tombs at theSan Salvatore archaeological site (Tortolì), the necropolis in the Lotzorai area, and the evocative nuraghe Serbissi in the Osini archaeological park.

In addition to the famous “Giants Tombs” and the “Nuraghi”, you will enter the splendid cliffs of the coast of Baunei whose underground is rich in delicate concretions, stalagmites and stalactites with unseen shapes.
